Expertise
Ms. Lesole brings to Acute Global a multidisciplinary background that bridges economics, policy analysis, business development, corporate strategy with Investment and finance. Her career trajectory spans both public- and private-sector environments, including prior roles in Botswana and China, equipping her with a rare combination of international cross-market analytical depth, cross-border exposure, and practical execution capability. This breadth has enabled her to translate economic and market intelligence into investment-relevant insights.
Before joining Acute Global, she served as a Research and Policy Economist at Business Botswana, where she supported private-sector advocacy through evidence-based policy development, macroeconomic analysis, and stakeholder engagement with senior government officials and industry leaders. During this period, she authored key strategic documents, contributed to high-level policy dialogues, and supported and monitored investor-focused initiatives and portfolios aimed at strengthening Botswana’s competitiveness and investment attractiveness. Her work regularly involved synthesising investment and economic data into clear, decision-oriented outputs for executive and policy audiences.
Her earlier professional experience includes business development and strategic coordination roles within international enterprises operating in manufacturing, investment, trade, and services with markets and cross-functional teams across China, France, Tunisia, and Japan, gaining hands-on exposure to international expansion, market entry, and investment-oriented commercial execution. Through this experience, she supported the identification and development of growth opportunities, engaged with diverse counterparties and partners, and contributed to structuring commercially viable arrangements across multiple jurisdictions. She developed a strong practical understanding of how businesses scale across borders, balancing local market dynamics, cultural context, regulatory considerations, and capital requirements.
This international, multi-sector exposure has strengthened her ability to assess expansion strategies, support investment origination, and work effectively with culturally diverse teams in complex, high-stakes business environments, capabilities that now directly inform her work in investment analysis and corporate advisory. She works closely with executive leadership on investor engagements, briefing documentation, and early-stage project evaluation, while also contributing to compliance oversight and processes.
Ms. Lesole’s areas of expertise include macroeconomic and policy analysis, investment and market research, financial and economic modelling, ESG-informed strategy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic project support. She is widely regarded for her intellectual discipline, clarity of thought, and ability to operate effectively at the intersection of economics, investment, and governance, bringing coherence and insight to complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
