Jessica Hinchliffe serves as General Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Acute Global Limited, where she plays a central role in supporting the Group’s executive leadership, operational coordination, and stakeholder engagement across its diversified portfolio of companies.
In this dual capacity, Ms. Hinchliffe works closely with the Group CEO to support strategic initiatives, executive administration, and organisational coordination. She contributes to the effective functioning of the executive office while assisting with operational oversight, communication, and the implementation of key initiatives across the Group’s businesses.
Ms. Hinchliffe brings a strong foundation in operations management, team leadership, and client experience, developed through several years in Botswana’s luxury hospitality and tourism sector. Her career includes leadership roles at some of the country’s most renowned safari operations, where she managed complex lodge environments, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and delivered high standards of service to international travellers, agents, and VIP guests.
Prior to joining Acute Global, Ms. Hinchliffe served in senior operational roles at leading safari lodges in the Okavango Delta, including positions as Lodge Manager, Front of House Manager, and Relief General Manager. In these roles, she oversaw daily operations, coordinated staff across multiple departments, managed administrative systems, and ensured the consistent delivery of world-class hospitality standards. She also gained valuable experience working across multiple camps, adapting to varied team structures and operational dynamics.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Hinchliffe served as Events and Marketing Manager at Mokolodi Nature Reserve, where she led the planning and execution of major events, managed marketing initiatives, and coordinated fundraising activities from concept through delivery. Her responsibilities included budget management, logistics coordination, communications, and stakeholder engagement in support of conservation and community programmes.
Ms. Hinchliffe holds an Associate Degree in Advertising from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and has completed additional professional training in guiding, hospitality, and beverage education. Her professional strengths combine creativity, organisational discipline, and a strong client-focused mindset.
