Mrs. Dipatane is a results-driven executive leader with more than eight years of senior experience spanning debt recovery, business development, and business process outsourcing and contact centre operations. She is recognised for building scalable operating models, strengthening client partnerships, and driving disciplined execution in both regulated and high-growth environments.
Her leadership agenda is focused on transforming Real Debt Recovery into a modern, multi-service financial and business solutions platform, aligned with Botswana’s evolving economic and regulatory landscape. She places strong emphasis on operational excellence, compliance, customer experience, and sustainable growth.
Prior to her appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Dipatane held senior leadership roles within Real Debt Recovery, including Head of Operations and Business Development Manager. In these roles, she led day-to-day operations, expanded the company’s service offering into full contact centre solutions, strengthened client retention, and secured strategic partnerships with commercial banks, insurers, labour unions, and corporate clients. Her track record includes designing effective go-to-market strategies, building high-performance teams, and improving financial and operational controls.
Mrs. Dipatane’s leadership style blends strategic insight with execution discipline. She brings strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, customer engagement, and stakeholder relations, and is widely regarded for her ability to identify opportunities, influence decision makers, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Botswana and a Certificate of Proficiency in Long Term Insurance from the Insurance Academy of Botswana. She is a Certified Corporate Finance Analyst and is currently pursuing a Master of Commerce in Development Finance at the University of Cape Town, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development.
