She brings deep expertise in corporate governance, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of leading complex organisational turnarounds. Her leadership approach is both results-driven and people-focused, combining strategic clarity with disciplined execution to build resilient and performance-oriented institutions.
As a Chartered Accountant and accredited insurance professional, Mrs. Ratlhaga offers a multidimensional perspective to executive leadership. She has successfully implemented lean operating models, strengthened governance frameworks, and embedded cultures of accountability, innovation, and excellence across the organisations she has led.
Mrs. Ratlhaga holds a Bachelor of Accountancy, ACCA, a Higher Certificate in Insurance, and the AIISA designation. She is currently enrolled in the Leadership Development Programme at Stellenbosch University, Class of 2025, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and adaptive leadership.
In her role as Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Ratlhaga is responsible for steering Westlife Insurance Botswana through its next phase of growth, with a focus on regulatory strength, customer-centric solutions, sustainable profitability, and long-term value creation.
