This capital has been deployed to support acquisitions, business turnarounds, growth initiatives, and the development of resilient institutions across Africa’s private sector.
Mr. Moshoke is deeply committed to the growth and professionalisation of Africa’s private sector. He is a strong advocate for responsible corporate governance, sustainable value creation, and inclusive economic development, believing that long term business success must be aligned with positive societal impact. His leadership philosophy emphasises disciplined capital allocation, ethical decision making, and institution building.
He holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Botswana and an LLB (Law) from the University of South Africa. His technical expertise spans corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, valuations, and financial modelling, providing a strong foundation for strategic investment decision-making and complex transaction execution.
As Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Moshoke is responsible for setting Acute Global Limited’s strategic direction, overseeing capital deployment, strengthening governance across portfolio companies, and driving the Group’s long-term vision of building a Botswana-rooted, Pan African investment platform.
